MCF Interiors offer a gift wrap service if desired. Please check the confirm box in the checkout to notify us.

New Zealand Shipping

We use Fast Way Courier delivery to physical addresses within New Zealand.

Orders will be dispatched within three business days and delivery is usually made within five business days. Please Note: The rates indicated in check out do not apply to furniture or anything that needs to be delivered by a freight company. Please contact us for further information.

Disclaimer: MCF Interiors are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. However at busy times of the year when, despite their best efforts, parcels can sometimes be caused delay in the delivery process.

International Shipping

MCF Interiors will package and post internationally on certain items. Please contact us for further information.

Delivery of Furniture and Large Items

Please email us or call one of our stores to get an exact quote on Furniture Delivery prior to purchasing online. Due to the large variances in delivery costs throughout New Zealand we are unable to quote these accurately on our website. If you wish to purchase furniture or large items prior to finding out shipping costs you may do this on our website, and we will be in touch soon after with the available delivery rates and pick up options.

Product Availability

Due to the nature of our ever changing products not all items are always available. We will endeavour to update the website with any out of stock items but occasionally orders are received before this time. You will be contacted as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date and to offer a refund if this delay is not acceptable.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds however, you may exchange items if returned within 5 days and with your receipt. Alternatively, we can offer a credit note for the value of the goods. If the item is faulty, we will happily replace the product. Please contact us immediately if your item has been damaged in transit so we can contact our freight forwarders. Items must be returned within 5 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original state with original packaging and not damaged in any way, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are non-refundable for exchange or credit note.

Once you have placed your order and payment is made you cannot cancel your order.
