Due to the large variances in delivery costs throughout New Zealand we are unable to quote these accurately on our website. If you wish to purchase furniture or large items prior to finding out shipping costs you may do this on our website, and we will be in touch soon after with the available delivery rates and pick up options.

Product Availability

Due to the nature of our ever changing products not all items are always available. We will endeavour to update the website with any out of stock items but occasionally orders are received before this time. You will be contacted as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date and to offer a refund if this delay is not acceptable.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds however, you may exchange items if returned within 5 days and with your receipt. Alternatively, we can offer a credit note for the value of the goods. If the item is faulty, we will happily replace the product. Please contact us immediately if your item has been damaged in transit so we can contact our freight forwarders. Items must be returned within 5 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original state with original packaging and not damaged in any way, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are non-refundable for exchange or credit note.
